- This recall includes Westinghouse Lighting 3-1/4” Glass Shade Holder Kit with On/Off Pull
Chain Switch, model # 7024200, with the product date code “2014 APR” due to electric
shock hazard.
- Consumers can identify products covered under the recall by removing the glass and
looking at the date code which is stamped on the bottom near the socket assembly.
- Consumers should immediately stop using recalled shade holders marked with date code
stamp “2014 APR” and contact Westinghouse Lighting Corporation using the form below for information on how
to obtain a free replacement shade holder including shipping.
